Shipping Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND ONLY. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING QUERIES, PLEASE EMAIL INFO@PUREDELISH.CO.NZ.

There is a $5 NZD shipping and handling fee for all orders excluding cereal subscriptions and Xmas Hampers.   The $5 fee covers delivery anywhere in New Zealand.

• AUCKLAND REGION – 3-5 DAYS
• NORTH ISLAND OTHER – UP TO 5 DAYS (OUTSIDE AUCKLAND)
• SOUTH ISLAND – UP TO 5 DAYS

Please note: couriers are currently experiencing a higher than usual volume of packages. These delays have been reflected in the estimated delivery times noted above, if we are advised of additional changes in delivery timings, we will update accordingly.

Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders are processed during business hours Monday – Friday.

Shipping is done via courier service.

Please note that we are only able to accept returns in cases where a product is defective or if an incorrect item has been shipped. At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for any other reasons.
